Hello!
I am a Filipino scholar researching policies on and the politics of disasters, displacements, and climate action in Southeast Asia, focusing on Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, and Vietnam. My works have been adopted in globally important reports and policy instruments like the:​​

My interdisciplinary and collaborative projects are funded by the Hong Kong Research Grants Council, The British Academy, SSHRC of Canada, Lingnan University, La Trobe Asia, the UK’s Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO-UK) and the International Development Research Centre (IDRC-Canada)​.
